The globe valve is generally composed of driving parts (handwheel), stem, valve body, valve cover, disc (closure) and filling device. The valve stem generally rotates and lifts, and the handwheel is fixed at the top of the stem. When the hand wheel rotates clockwise, the stem thread rotates downward, the disc sealing surface contacts closely with the seat sealing surface, and the globe valve closes; when the hand wheel rotates counterclockwise, the stem thread is turned up, the disc sealing surface and the seat sealing surface are separated, and the globe valve opens.
